Full Job Description

  • One permanent, full-time Teacher of PE position
  • One full-time Teacher of PE maternity cover position
  • The successful candidates will teach Physical Education across Key Stages 3 and 4 and will contribute to the continued development of an engaging and inclusive curriculum. Students also have the opportunity to study OCR Cambridge National Sport Science at Key Stage 4, and the successful candidates will support the delivery of this provision. We are looking for teachers who are passionate about promoting participation, achievement and healthy lifestyles, whilst ensuring all students are challenged and supported to achieve their full potential. The successful candidates will be committed to high-quality teaching and learning, maintaining high expectations and fostering positive relationships that enable students to thrive.   • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or is working towards qualification as an Early Career Teacher.

  • Has high expectations of achievement, behaviour and attendance.
  • Is committed to supporting the academic and personal development of every student.

    We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and committed Teachers of PE to join our successful and ambitious PE department from September 2026.
