Full Job Description

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across PSHE, statutory RSE, Health Education, Citizenship, and Character Education.
Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment where students feel comfortable exploring complex and sensitive topics.
Contribute to drop-down days, assembly programs, external speaker visits, and student leadership initiatives.
Collaborate with pastoral staff and the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to support student welfare.

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (ECTs and experienced teachers are equally encouraged to apply).
Has a strong commitment to student wellbeing, SMSC, and British Values.
Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills and the sensitivity to handle delicate classroom discussions with tact and neutrality.
Has high expectations of student achievement and behaviour.
Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff, students, and parents.
