Full Job Description
- Deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons that inspire all scholars to participate, achieve and excel.
- Create a positive learning environment where scholars develop confidence, teamwork, resilience and a passion for physical activity.
- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching that secures strong progress and outcomes for all learners.
- Use assessment effectively to identify strengths, address misconceptions and support scholars to achieve their potential.
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all scholars, including those with SEND and other additional needs.
- Promote high standards of behaviour and establish a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment.
- Support the wider sporting life of the academy through extracurricular opportunities, enrichment activities and academy events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve teaching, learning and curriculum delivery.
