The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum, inspiring students to achieve their full potential. This role involves creating a supportive and dynamic learning environment while fostering both academic growth and personal development in every student.
The right candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification
- Degree in relevant/related subject
- Experience teaching KS5 (and KS3 & 4 if applicable)
- Effective Classroom management strategies
- An understanding of the national curriculum
- Experience with SEN or EAL students
