Teacher of MFL (German with Spanish or French) (40-60% FTE, Fixed Term )

We seek a well-qualified and enthusiastic part-time Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to teach German, with the ability to offer Spanish or French as a second subject. This is a fixed-term post for one year, between 40-60% FTE. You will join a thriving and successful MFL department, where languages are highly valued and widely studied. The department offers courses at GCSE, A Level and IB, with strong uptake and a clear commitment to high-quality teaching and learning. There is a culture of collaboration, innovation, and a shared enthusiasm for languages and internationalism. The successful candidate will be an inspiring classroom practitioner, able to engage and motivate students across a range of abilities. • Be able to teach German to A Level (and ideally IB)
• Offer Spanish or French to at least Key Stage 3/4

Candidates must be prepared to work flexibly in terms of hours and days worked. The post represents a 40-60% contract (subject to variation according to timetabling needs and the skills and qualifications of the successful candidate).
