Teacher of Maths

Excelsior Academy is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Maths for an exciting new provision serving pupils in Years 5-7. This distinctive opportunity offers the chance to teach across the primary and secondary phases, supporting learners at a pivotal stage in their educational development and enabling them to realise their full potential. We are seeking a passionate, committed and reflective educator who can inspire mathematical curiosity, strengthen number fluency and foster a genuine enthusiasm for Maths. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping high-quality teaching and learning within this innovative provision. As a Teacher of Maths, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils' needs
• Assess and track progress to secure strong outcomes
• Support the academic and personal development of pupils
• Encourage positive behaviour and a confidence in problem-solving
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching standards
  
  We are looking for a dedicated professional who:
• Holds QTS and possesses strong subject knowledge
• Is committed to raising attainment and promoting a love of Maths
• Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills
