- Deliver high-quality, well-sequenced lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Contribute to a coherent, knowledge-rich curriculum designed to secure long-term learning.
- Use assessment with precision to identify misconceptions, provide diagnostic feedback and accelerate progress.
- Establish a classroom culture defined by high expectations, clarity and consistency.
- Inspire students to develop confidence, resilience and independence in Mathematics
- Contribute to shared curriculum resources and collaborative departmental practice.
- Play a full role in the wider life of the school, including pastoral responsibilities
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background in Mathematics. - Demonstrates secure subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Mathematics education.
- Is committed to delivering consistently effective classroom practice.
- Understands and values evidence-informed pedagogy and curriculum design.
- Is aligned with the school's ambition to secure excellent outcomes for all students, including those with SEND.
