• Deliver high-quality, well-sequenced lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Contribute to a coherent, knowledge-rich curriculum designed to secure long-term learning.
• Use assessment with precision to identify misconceptions, provide diagnostic feedback and accelerate progress.
• Establish a classroom culture defined by high expectations, clarity and consistency.
• Inspire students to develop confidence, resilience and independence in Mathematics
• Contribute to shared curriculum resources and collaborative departmental practice.
• Play a full role in the wider life of the school, including pastoral responsibilities
  
  Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background in Mathematics.
• Demonstrates secure subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Mathematics education.
• Is committed to delivering consistently effective classroom practice.
• Understands and values evidence-informed pedagogy and curriculum design.
• Is aligned with the school's ambition to secure excellent outcomes for all students, including those with SEND.

  Salary Range: £39,916(M1) - £51,048(UP3)
