- A teacher with a good understanding of Level 3 Health and Social Care curriculum.
- A teacher with a good understanding of A Level Psychology and/or Sociology would be advantageous.
- A motivated and committed classroom practitioner with a successful performance record at Key Stage 5.
- Passionate about education and an advocate for making a difference to disadvantaged students.
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record for raising standards and achievement.
