Lynn Grove Academy are seeking an inspiring and adaptable Teacher of Inclusion who can engage and motivate all learners, ensuring every pupil is supported to reach their full potential. You will demonstrate strong leadership potential, with the ability to guide and support colleagues in delivering inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning. You will be highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively, and bring resilience and empathy to your work with pupils and staff. A strong commitment to inclusive practice is essential. Above all, you will be passionate about ensuring every learner can access the excellent teaching and learning at Lynn Grove Academy, making a meaningful difference to the experiences and outcomes of all pupils. Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Proven experience of effective classroom teaching
  • Strong understanding of strategies to support pupils with barriers to learning
  • Ability to build positive relationships with young people and families
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
