Mount House School is seeking to appoint an inspiring and enthusiastic Teacher of Humanities to join our dynamic and forward-thinking faculty from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher to contribute to a vibrant department where History, Geography and Classics are all valued and taught from Year 7 through to GCSE and A Level.
About the Role
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has a specialism in History, Geography or Classics
- Can teach their subject to GCSE and ideally A Level
- Is willing to contribute to another Humanities subject at lower school level
- Delivers engaging, high-quality lessons to students of all abilities
- Contributes to the wider life of the school, including trips and co-curricular activities
This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs.
