Full Job Description
As a Teacher of History, you will:
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan and implement high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all students.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with Academy policies.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
- Uphold the Oasis ethos and values in all aspects of Academy life., Clear career progression opportunities.
- Access to high-quality CPD, including NPQ programmes.
- Reduced workload through the Oasis curriculum resource bank.
- Opportunities to contribute to Trust-wide initiatives.

Holds QTS and a degree in a History subject. - Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a passion for History education.
- Has experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4.
- Is committed to achieving high standards for all students.
- Possesses strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Is reflective, resilient, and eager to grow professionally., This role requires fluency in spoken English. You must be able to communicate confidently and clearly in spoken interactions, including conversations with students, colleagues, and external partners.
