Leigh Stationers' Academy is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Geography, joining us from September 2026. We are looking for an exceptional teacher who can deliver high-quality learning opportunities for our students in this curriculum area. Applications are welcomed from both experienced and newly qualified teachers as we can offer fantastic professional development at every stage of a teacher's career.

We believe that every learner is entitled to an enriching, varied and personalised education: delivered through a broad and balanced curriculum that provides challenge, irrespective of need, starting point or background. Our commitment to maximising the potential of every child, teaching them the skills they need to be successful and nurturing a desire to be a lifelong learner, will prepare them for whichever career path they choose to follow., Leigh Stationers' Academy is a school dedicated to making a positive impact on every student. We're proud to be a Leigh Academies Trust school, prioritising a 'human-scale' education model where students feel recognised and valued.

As an IB World School, our curriculum is rooted in the International Baccalaureate philosophy. Our commitment to strong partnerships with parents and carers, as well as our robust pastoral care system, ensures every student receives the support they need to succeed. Our dedicated and skilled staff are key to our success, and we provide extensive professional development opportunities to support their growth.
