Teacher of Food Technology

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Food Technology Teacher to join a dedicated Expressive Arts department and create an environment where students explore and develop a lifelong love of culinary skills.

As a standalone academy, we believe in our teachers being able to do the role they are employed to do, which is to deliver engaging lessons to our students. We therefore have an easy and structured behaviour system for our students and you to follow in lessons. After this, we have dedicated teams who intervene and leave you to continue with the job you love doing

As Teacher of Food Technology, you will be welcomed into an experienced team of creative professionals to:

· Play a fundamental role in progressing the Expressive Arts department to the next stage in its development and even greater success

· Plan and deliver high quality and engaging lessons that will challenge students and inspire progression

· Encourage our students to have high expectations of themselves and their behaviour

· Engage students in study at GCSE

· Be a positive role model and supportive mentor to students, making a lasting impact on their lives
