- Be a qualified teacher (or ECT) with a specialism inFood Technology
- Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for practical, hands-on learning
- Deliver consistently high-quality teaching that inspires and motivates students
- Have high expectations of students' progress, achievement and behaviour
- Be committed to inclusive practice and raising outcomes for all learners
