Full Job Description
- A strong interest in music and performing arts, with the ability to inspire and engage secondary school students
- Good communication skills to deliver practical and theoretical lessons effectively to students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to plan creative lessons that meet curriculum requirements for Key Stage 3
- Classroom management skills ensuring a positive, productive, and inclusive learning environment
- Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities such as choirs, ensembles, or performances
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop professionally within the teaching profession
- Relevant qualifications or training in music, performing arts, or education are desirable but not essential __________________________________________________Values and Attitudes
