Teacher of English

As a dedicated English teacher, you will support learners to achieve their potential by using a range of effective strategies to build confidence, address barriers to learning, and secure positive outcomes. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and managers across our committed and supportive English department, exploring innovative approaches to engage learners and motivate them to succeed.
You will promote an inclusive, supportive, and positive classroom environment, inspiring students of all abilities, including those with SEND, to attend, participate, and take pride in their progress.
In addition to delivering high-quality teaching, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the English curriculum, ensuring it is relevant, accessible, and responsive to the needs of our learners. You will also work collaboratively across the department to continually enhance our provision.
