Full Job Description

Purpose: To provide comprehensive training on company policies, procedures, and systems necessary for successful integration into the role. Training Schedule: Daily sessions from 9am to 4pm, with breaks provided. Benefits of Training Week: To gain valuable insights into our company culture and values. It is an incredible honour to be entrusted with the responsibility of shaping our new school to deliver a truly bespoke educational experience that will allow your child to thrive and flourish. Our school currently offers education to over 80 students and aims to grow in the coming years to accommodate 100 students. All our students have EHCPs (education, health and care plans) with SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) as an identified need. The majority of students also have additional special educational needs such as communication and interaction difficulties, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) and ASD (autism spectrum disorder). At the heart of our school, we are committed to supporting the young people in our care to build their self-esteem and confidence, develop meaningful and positive friendships and engage in a curriculum that will allow them to find success in their adult lives.
