Full Job Description
Teacher of English Start date: 1 September 2026 Brampton Manor Academy is seeking to appoint a highly committed Teacher of English to join our large and successful English department from September 2026. English is a flagship subject at the Academy. We teach AQA GCSE English Language and English Literature, and OCR GCE English Literature at Key Stage 5. Student outcomes at all key stages are consistently excellent, underpinned by a culture of high expectations, strong subject knowledge and disciplined classroom practice. The department comprises over 20 English teachers, working collaboratively to plan carefully, teach precisely and secure exceptional outcomes for students. This role will suit a teacher who:
