Teacher of Drama : September 2026, Permanent We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Drama Teacher to inspire creativity, confidence and a love of performance in our students Qualities and Experience:
- the ability to direct productions, leading and directing a team of support staff.
- experience teaching Drama GCSE is essential and experience teaching A Level Drama is highly desirable.
- energy, enthusiasm and the ability to inspire students.
- good judgement in assessing work and pupils.
- decisiveness in classroom control.
- the ability to work both independently and within a supportive faculty.
- willingness to commit to extracurricular Drama and develop further opportunities within Drama outside the formal curriculum.
- the ability to work with the tech team and caretaking staff on a regular basis.
- seek new ways to support Drama within the school
