We work ina consistent way on several key education processes, such as Ofsted preparation and improvementplanning. Each headteacher retains leadership and responsibility for education in their schools and asa result each school continues to retain their uniqueness., Responsible for: Delivery of Curriculum Programme (and any other specified personnel within the subject). Liaising with: Cluster Lead, departmental staff, pastoral staff and relevant staff with cross -school responsibilities, relevant support staff, LA representatives, external agencies and parents.,

  • To liaise with the Cluster Lead to ensure the delivery of an appropriate, comprehensive, high
  • quality and cost-effective curriculum programme which complements the School Development Plan and School Evaluation.
  • To be accountable for the development and delivery of Drama (and additional subject) under
  • the guidance of the Cluster Lead.
  • To lead curriculum development for Drama (and additional subject).
  • To keep up to date with national developments in the department area and teaching practice
  • and methodology including learning styles and thinking skills.
  • To monitor actively and respond to curriculum development and initiatives at national, regional
  • and local levels.
  • To liaise with the Cluster Lead to maintain accreditation with the relevant examination and
  • validating bodies.Teaching and Learning
  • Use a variety of learning and teaching strategies to deliver outstanding lessons to all students
  • ensuring pace and challenge are maintained.
  • Understand and integrate the use of New Technologies into learning experiences in order to
