Teacher of Design Technology

The role:
+ Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive Art and Design lessons
+ Marking students work and providing feedback effectively
+ Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages participation and promotes overall well-being.
+ Prepare students for language examinations
+ Monitor individual student progress, using innovative feedback methods for personalised independent growth
+ Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative lesson materials and exchange effective teaching strategies
+ Daily rate between £183.28 - £279.69 through Umbrella contract (PAYE contract also available)

Qualifications:
+ An Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one through anzuk
+ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or UK recognised teaching qualification.
+ An up-to-date CV outlining employment covering the last 10 years
+ Proven experience teaching Art and Design at the secondary level.
+ Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum for Art and Design
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
