What skills and experience we're looking for
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching DT at KS3 and KS4.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a commitment to inclusive education.
- Are enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to contribute to the wider life of the school.
- Are confident in using ICT and interactive technologies in the classroom.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience supporting SEN and EAL students.
- Willingness to lead or support extra-curricular activities.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
You'll need to be accurate, reliable, and flexible, with the ability to work in a busy, hands-on environment. Physical effort and high concentration are essential due to the nature of the equipment and materials.
