Full Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Design Technology to join our thriving STEAM Faculty. You will teach across a range of DT disciplines, delivering high-quality lessons that enable students to achieve their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking school with a strong academic record and a clear vision centred on Loving, Learning, and Living. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding teaching across Design Technology subjects
- Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Contribute to curriculum development within the STEM area
- Monitor and support student progress using data effectively
- Promote high standards of behaviour and achievement
- Contribute to wider school life, including form tutoring and extracurricular activities About You: We are looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS and a relevant degree
- Has a strong track record of successful classroom teaching
- Is passionate about Design Technology and student achievement
- Can inspire, motivate, and challenge learners of all abilities
- Works well collaboratively and contributes positively to a team
