We are seeking an enthusiastic and excellent Teacher of Business to join our thriving and high-performing department. This is an exciting opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or a more experienced colleague, with the potential for a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be passionate about delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5. There will be the opportunity to teach Post-16 courses, including BTEC Level 3 Business, and potentially Economics, depending on experience and expertise. Our Business department is a successful and supportive team with outcomes consistently above national averages. The department benefits from a strong curriculum, collaborative planning, and a culture of continuous improvement. We are looking for a teacher who:

• Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business (and ideally Economics)
• Is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
