Theale Green School is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Teacher of Art, with the opportunity to teach Photography and Design & Technology, starting in September 2026. This is a superb opportunity to join our outstanding Art department, which is renowned for producing a diverse range of dynamic and innovative work. Experience in, or a desire to teach, Food & Nutrition or Hospitality & Catering is welcomed.

The role would suit an energetic teacher who is committed to the highest standards of teaching and learning-an educator who can inspire and challenge all our pupils. This position offers an excellent opportunity for either an experienced practitioner, or an ECT.

Theale Green School is the fastest growing secondary school in West Berkshire, having grown from 500 to 800 students over the last three years. Our community recognises the significant improvements that have been made, and has supported the school in this period.
