Bring your passion for Alternative Provision to our Academy. Oxclose Community Academy is seeking a skilled and passionate Teacher of Alternative Provision to join our thriving Academy. We are looking for an inspiring practitioner who can motivate pupils and deliver highly effective lessons working as part of the IAP Team. To support pupils in accessing all of their lessons whilst understanding that, for some learners, things need to be approached in a different way because 1 size does not fit all.
As part of our successful and collaborative team, you will play a key role in helping students achieve their goals breaking down and overcoming barriers in a supportive learning environment.
