Full Job Description
New College Pontefract is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional Teacher of A Level Sociology and/or Criminology.
The successful candidate will be an inspirational teacher, able to demonstrate a passion for their subject and have the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities in the 16-19 range.
With a demonstrable record of outstanding results, you will have a commitment to raising aspirations and supporting the wider college community. If you are currently undertaking initial teacher training, you will have demonstrated outstanding potential and aptitude for post-16 teaching.
Full-time and part-time hours are available for this role. This is a permanent position, but we are also happy to consider applications from candidates seeking temporary work. Please state your preference on your application.
