• Is enthusiastic, approachable, and friendly.
• Ensures all children feel safe, happy, and able to learn.
• Has proven experience in delivering the curriculum in a creative and tailored way, to sustain the academic achievement of all pupils.
• Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies.
• Is committed to supporting, motivating, and challenging the learning of children of all abilities within the classroom.
• Can make special contribution to our school community, as a Teacher and a Team Member.
• Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
• Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children's welfare - both at home and in school., Happy and motivated children who are eager to learn.
