- Proven industry experience in a relevant subject field - Level 3 (or equivalent) or above qualification in a related subject

- Teachers' Pension Scheme, with the Group contributing 28.68% of your actual pensionable pay.
- 40 days annual leave entitlement, plus bank holidays and college closure days over the Christmas period which are not deducted from annual leave entitlement.
