Compass Community School is a small, specialist independent school for primary and secondary students who have already faced a great deal of adversity in their short lives. Our children require very special teachers who are able to manage some complex and challenging behaviours. we require a teacher who is versatile and can teach across the curriculum , this role will suit a primary or secondary trained teacher.
Because we are part of a much larger organisation - Compass have 22 schools nationwide - there are many opportunities for career progression., At Compass, our strength comes from the values we live by every day - Integrity, Care and Courage. These aren't just words that we put on our website or on a poster; they're visible in the actions you take to support children, families and each other, often in ways that go unseen.
That's why we are launching the Compass Values Awards, to spotlight actions that embody Integrity, Care or Courage across all parts of our community.
