Full Job Description

  • Learn through a mix of client work, structured training including paid study leave, time at college, mentoring and internal development programmes.

    We're looking for people who are curious, motivated and ready to get involved. You don't need to have studied tax before, we'll give you the training, support and experience to build your career.
    • To be considered, you'll need:
  • A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification), 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
  • The permanent right to live and work in the UK.
  • A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
  • RSM doesn't accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ)., Study towards the ATT qualification for the first two years and then towards ACA or CTA (depending on which area of tax you join).
