At Change Grow Live, we focus on early intervention-supporting young people before risk becomes harm. In this role, you'll deliver targeted interventions across schools, colleges and communities-supporting young people at risk and helping shape safer, healthier futures. Day to day, you'll:

  • Deliver group work, brief interventions and outreach to young people
  • Build strong partnerships with schools, safeguarding teams and local services
  • Support professionals to identify risk early and respond effectively
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions
  • Coordinate volunteers and peer mentors to expand reach
  • Use data and insight to target support where it's needed most

  • You're experienced, confident and bring a calm, professional approach to working with young people-particularly in situations where there may be risk, vulnerability or complexity. You're able to build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and create safe, supportive environments where young people can engage and make positive changes. You bring:
  • Experience working with children and young people, including those who may be at risk or vulnerable
  • Confidence delivering group work, training or structured interventions in school or community settings
  • Experience working with schools, safeguarding teams or multi-agency partners
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • You're someone who can balance structure with empathy-able to hold boundaries while building rapport, and confident in working in environments where no two days are the same.

  • Hours: Part Time: 22.5 hours per week, term-time only (38 weeks per year. Typically 4.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
  • Salary: £12,216.90 - £14,030.11 per year Salary is an actual salary (pro rata based on contracted hours and weeks worked).
  • Contract: Term-time only (38 weeks per year)
  • Working pattern: Aligned to school terms and hours
  • Please note: Salary is subject to review in line with the 2025/26 pay award and full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours., You might come from:
