Tank Asset Supervisor

As a Tank Asset Supervisor, responsible for the day-to-day management of tank asset operations, ensuring continuity of supply, compliance, and efficient administration of all asset-related activities. You will take ownership of the operational delivery of tank asset management, supporting business performance through effective coordination, data management, and process adherence.,

• Ensure Flogas have suitable provision of all tank supplies at all times.
• Manage internal / external distribution chain to deliver national coverage of tank supply.
• Responsibility for KIP reports to be generated.
• Providing guidance to direct reports.
• Managing all employees in line with relevant Flogas policies.
• Working across functions with peers in other Flogas departments to ensure collaboration for shared goals.
  
  Understanding of workflow processes and Critical data management.
• Keen attention to detail, with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong organisational, time management and scheduling abilities.
• Patient approach, staying calm under pressure as workload increases.
