Manage and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring proper temperature control and safe operation.
Oversee the preparation and seasoning of ingredients specific to tandoori cuisine.
Monitor food production and ensure consistent quality and presentation of all tandoori items to the highest standards.
Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen, particularly around the tandoor section.
Contribute to menu development and innovation, introducing new and exciting tandoori creations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Proven experience as a Tandoori Chef in a busy restaurant environment.
In-depth knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques, spices, and authentic recipes.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
