Talent Sourcing Advisor (German speaking)

The recruitment team forms part of our wider People & Culture function, and our newly launched Recruitment Centre of Excellence is responsible for all experienced-hire recruitment across the EMEA region, including fee-earning and business services hiring. The Talent Sourcing Advisor will work with the Recruitment Managers (EMEA) to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders across our EMEA network. • Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including social platforms, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
• Assess candidates against role requirements through CV screening and interviews.
• Provide regular updates to the recruitment management team and hiring stakeholders.
• Represent NRF at career events.
• Ensure effective use of all available tools to advertise vacancies and attract candidates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, with a strong focus on clear and regular communication.
• Ensure our ATS (Workday) is accurately and consistently updated with relevant recruitment information.
• Manage the interview and assessment process, providing constructive and detailed feedback to candidates.
• Promote inclusive sourcing practices to positively support diversity and inclusion through talent acquisition.
• Maintain regular communication with other business services teams involved in the recruitment process, including HR and People Experience.

  Essential
• Previous experience in either an in-house recruitment role or a recruitment agency environment.
• Proven success in sourcing candidates using channels such as LinkedIn, other CV databases, and a range of recruiting strategies, including referrals.
• Ability to engage with and build credibility across all levels of candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Outlook.
• German Fluency is essential for this role.
Desirable
• Experience using Workday as a recruitment ATS.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes across other European locations.
• Understanding of recruitment within a professional services environment.
