Talent , Resourcing and Learning Manager

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Talent, Resourcing and Learning Manager to lead our approach to attraction, recruitment, retention, talent management and learning and development. Working closely with senior leaders across Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue, Lincolnshire County Council and wider partners, you will develop and deliver innovative workforce solutions that ensure we attract, develop and retain the people we need to keep our communities safe. About the role As Talent, Resourcing and Learning Manager, you will lead a specialist team responsible for talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning and learning and development across the organisation. You will:

• Lead the development and delivery of talent, resourcing and learning strategies aligned to organisational priorities.
• Drive innovative recruitment and retention initiatives, ensuring Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue remains a good employer.
• Use workforce data and market intelligence to influence strategic workforce planning decisions.
• Oversee learning and development pathways, ensuring employees have access to high quality development opportunities.
• Lead the procurement and management of learning and talent-related systems and contracts.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  
  We are looking for an experienced people professional who can combine strategic thinking with operational delivery.
You will bring:
• Significant experience within talent acquisition, recruitment, resourcing, learning and development, or organisational development.
• Experience of developing and implementing workforce, talent or resourcing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at senior leadership level.
• Experience of leading and developing teams.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and best practice relating to recruitment and talent management.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret workforce data and provide meaningful recommendations.
• A professional HR qualification (such as Chartered CIPD Level 7) or equivalent relevant experience.
