Talent and Resourcing Lead Contract: Permanent Location: Main base from Manchester City Centre + requirement to travel across GM (Hybrid working will apply) Interviews: W/c 6th July 2026 Your role We have an exciting opportunity available for a Talent and Resourcing specialist to join our in-house recruitment team. As Resourcing Lead, you will partner with hiring managers to implement effective resourcing solutions across our diverse organisation, enabling them to deliver bespoke recruitment campaigns and strategies. You will have creative licence and the autonomy to innovate, try different approaches, and enable the GMCA to attract and select the best talent for our vacancies. Your support will span the whole recruitment cycle - from initial planning and job design (including job evaluation) right through to induction of new starters. You will recruit for established and traditional roles, as well as entry schemes such as Graduate Programmes, Apprenticeships and T-Levels, supporting our Talent Management strategy. About you Our ideal candidate has a solid background in recruitment and resourcing with a keen interest in continuous improvement, candidate and hiring manager experience, and a focus on EEDI (Equity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity).
