United Media in London is seeking a Director of Talent Development to lead our learning and development strategy as we accelerate growth. You will drive programs across levels, partner with executive leadership, and shape the company's capability and culture from our HQ near Victoria Station.
You'll work in-person at our London office, collaborating with a motivated team, CEO, and founders. Travel to conferences overseas is part of the role, with strong focus on impact and internal promotion.
