Talent Attractor Trainee

As a Talent Attractor Trainee at Devoteam, you will be trained on best practices in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on talent sourcing and candidate engagement. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and support hiring the right talent across the organization.,

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling with candidates, the Talent Acquisition team, and hiring managers.
  
  Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic.
• Interest in recruitment, people engagement, and talent sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
