of 7pm (Monday to Thursday) once every two weeks, What you'll doOwn the end-to-end recruitment process for from requisition to offerPost job ads across internal and external platforms, ensuring we're visible where it mattersScreen applications and conduct telephone interviews, always keeping candidate experience front of mindUse active sourcing to build strong pipelines and respond quickly to hiring needsWork closely with our Employer Brand team to support attraction campaignsManage relationships with external partnersManage Contract Creation for candidatesWhat you'll needExperience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience of working in retail would be advantageousStrong organisational and communication skillsA strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlinesConfidence using ATS systems (SuccessFactors experience is a plus!)A passion for delivering a great candidate experienceAbility to juggle multiple tasks and keep things movingSelf-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently within a high-pressured environmentWhat you'll receive30 days holiday (pro rata)10% in-store discountSabbaticalEnhanced family leavePension schemePlus, more of the perks you deserve
