Talent Acquisition Specialist

I'm currently partnering with an established and growing engineering and technology consultancy to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their London office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing internal Talent Acquisition team, where you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across engineering, technology, and consulting. Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment while helping to shape an outstanding candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.Source specialist and leadership talent through headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, and other proactive sourcing methods.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including CV screening, telephone interviews, competency-based interviews, offer management, and onboarding.Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to support strategic hiring decisions.Produce recruitment reports and provide regular updates using recruitment metrics and reporting tools.Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall hiring effectiveness.

About YouThe successful candidate will ideally have:2-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within a fast-paced environment.Experience gained either in-house or within a recruitment agency.Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Confidence interviewing and assessing candidates while providing detailed feedback to hiring managers.A proactive approach to talent mapping and building long-term candidate pipelines.A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline is advantageous.Fluent English
