  • Prior experience in an in-house talent acquisition role
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to constructively challenge, influence others and support positive change while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Good business acumen and commercial understanding, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • A solutions-focused approach, with the ability to prioritise effectively, make sound decisions and support positive outcomes.
  • An up-to-date understanding of employment law and how it applies to resourcing and recruitment.
  • Confidence using data to support decisions, provide insight and influence outcomes with stakeholders.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across your assigned business area. This includes stakeholder engagement, recruitment strategy and managing third-party suppliers. You'll work closely with your Direct Sourcing colleagues, to attract and engage talented candidates for BDO.
