-
Onboarding Excellence: Oversee a seamless onboarding journey for all new hires, coordinating pre-employment screening, compliance checks, and induction programs.
-
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers across SBS, Permarock, SES, and SST to understand their unique departmental needs, offering data-driven market insights.
Proven Recruitment Background: Solid end-to-end recruitment experience, gained either within a fast-paced agency or an established in-house talent acquisition team.
-
ATS Implementation Exposure: Prior experience or active involvement in implementing, configuring, or launching a brand-new ATS platform is highly advantageous.
-
Onboarding & Compliance Expertise: Hands-on experience managing onboarding processes to guarantee an efficient, professional candidate transition into our business.
-
Tech-Savvy Mindset: High comfort level with HR technology, system setups, automated workflows, and recruitment metrics/reporting.
-
