About the role

We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team at Charlotte Tilbury. This is a pivotal role where you'll be instrumental in attracting and securing top-tier talent across our global corporate business functions, including People, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Executive Support.

As a true brand ambassador, you'll play a key role in helping shape our recruitment strategy and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the magic of Charlotte Tilbury. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand business needs, build robust talent pipelines, and source future ready talent to support our continued global growth. You'll also own, drive, and deliver key global Talent Acquisition projects, contributing to the evolution of our recruitment capabilities and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of Corporate roles across multiple levels of seniority.


• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on current market trends.


• Operate as a strategic partner to our global business.


• Own, drive and deliver on key global Talent Acquisition projects.


• Partnering with executive leadership to enhance recruitment strategies and operational efficiency.


• Collaborate and support wider recruitment team to drive alignment and shared success.


• Deliver Hiring Manager capabilities across the business.


• Own regular reporting efforts to Senior Leadership within these areas.


• Develop proactive talent pipelines to support future growth.


• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience.


• Partner closely with the wider People Team (Reward, People Partnering, and People Services).


• Utilise a creative, yet commercial, mix of sourcing methods (internal candidate referrals, social media platforms, online CV searches, and direct headhunting) to develop a talent pipeline.

About you

• Proven experience recruiting across corporate/creative functions in a fast-paced, scaling business.


• Previous experience working with Senior Stakeholders.


• Proven impact and influence skills with a track record of engaging with hiring managers to deliver recruitment priorities.


• A true communicator and collaborator at heart.


• Flexible and adaptable style, able to recruit across different functions and levels.


• Interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
