Talent Acquisition Coordinator (German Speaking)

The Planet Group have recently been engaged by a leading organisation who provide technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global Aerospace industry. This fantastic business are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (German Speaking) to support recruitment initiatives on a 6-12 month contract. (UK Remote working available) Job Summary: You will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across Europe and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a fast-paced and collaborative role where you will work alongside recruiters and business stakeholders to coordinate interviews, manage recruitment administration, and support the overall hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating and scheduling interviews, including booking meeting rooms or arranging video conferencing details and sending interview confirmations.Managing calendars for recruiters and hiring managers to ensure interviews are organised

efficiently.Acting as a point of contact for candidates, employees, hiring managers, and recruitment partners, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.Maintaining accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System, ideally Workday.Supporting the organisation and logistics of candidate assessment days.Assisting with recruitment reporting and ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly.Contributing ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.Providing general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as required. Key Experience Required: Previous experience in a recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative role.Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, ideally Workday
(Desired)Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Fluency in English is essential, with German language skills required to support hiring across Europe.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel on occasion to Germany to support stakeholders.
