Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Join our Retail Recruitment Hub in Dundee and help connect great people with great opportunities. As part of our team of Resourcing Coordinators, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience, supporting our Applicant Tracking System and helping to attract outstanding candidates across a variety of roles and locations. Working as part of a collaborative UK-wide resourcing team, you'll make a real impact on hiring across the business. Please note: This is an 18-week fixed-term contract, based on a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, and may include occasional weekend working. You will be responsible for

• Leading the end-to-end recruitment process including, liaising with hiring managers in our Stores, agreeing on timescales
• Scheduling interviews
• Maintaining and sustaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring the right routines are followed
• Checking role compliance and ensuring all vacancies meet internal recruitment policies, processes and governance requirements before progressing through the hiring journey
• Maintaining the accuracy of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate records, interview schedules and recruitment activities are up to date and compliant
  
  Excellent Customer service skills to be able to provide great Candidate experiences
• Be comfortable working across several different technical systems
• The ability to be resilient in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment
• Be able to work on your own, as well as part of a team
• Great interpersonal skills
  
  Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.
