Full Job Description

  • Build strong relationships with candidates, internal teams and stakeholders across the business through clear, authentic communication.
  • Provide support throughout the end to end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date processes/records on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update recruitment trackers for data reporting.

    We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you'll support the Talent Acquisition team with the full recruitment lifecycle. Your work will be key to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for every candidate and hiring manager., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate records, communications, and reporting, alongside clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within a team environment, confidently interacting with colleagues across the business.
  • Confident using AI powered tools and embracing emerging technologies, with a proactive approach to learning, adapting to evolving AI behaviours, and integrating AI into day to day work.
