Managing recruitment for multiple vacancies simultaneously across the business
Working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver a high-quality recruitment service
Writing and posting engaging job adverts
Coordinating and arranging interviews in line with a structured recruitment process
Liaising with external recruiters where required
Working collaboratively with the wider HR team across multiple UK sites (Liverpool-based role, no travel required)

Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Advisor role
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - essential
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with hiring managers
Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Talent Acquisition Advisor - 3 Month FTC (July Start) - £35,000 per annum - Liverpool - Hybrid (1 day WFH - flexible day) - Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
