Talent Acquisition Advisor

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll play a vital role in attracting and securing high-quality candidates for our children's homes across Northamptonshire. Working closely with Home Managers and the People Team, you'll design and deliver recruitment strategies that balance speed, compliance, and candidate experience., + Develop and implement localised recruitment strategies
+ Analyse labour market trends to inform campaigns
+ Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
+ Facilitate interviews and selection processes in line with safer recruitment principles
+ Monitor compliance and ensure smooth onboarding
+ Report on recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement

+ Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within social care or regulated settings
+ Strong knowledge of safer recruitment standards
+ Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
+ Proficiency with ATS, job boards, and digital recruitment tools
+ Commitment to safeguarding and improving outcomes for children
