Talent Acquisition Administrator

You'll play a key role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring candidates and hiring managers receive a smooth, professional, and positive experience. This will include screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting day-to-day recruitment activity to ensure processes run efficiently and to a high standard., This is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, offering hybrid working, with on-site presence based at our Bradford office (BD12) when required.,

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle
• Support early-stage screening and maintain organised talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, manage diaries, and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
• Support assessments when needed, including logistics, preparation, and candidate follow-up
• Maintain accurate candidate records on our Applicant Tracking System
• Respond to candidate queries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with recruitment reporting and data tracking
• Support ad-hoc projects within the Talent Acquisition and wider People team
  
  We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our People team at ASC.
